The vision of our congress is to engage the participants in meaningful session for the exploration on scientific advancements. In order for this model to succeed, speakers or the participants need to adhere to a set of instructions and guidelines. Speakers must have a significant knowledge and expertise on the subject of presentation with good presentation skills.

1. Time Schedule:

Presentation Type	Total Allotted Time
Keynote Presentation	40 mins
Invited Presentation	20 mins
Regular Oral Presentation	15 mins

Notices:
• If not indicated specifically keynote or invited presentation in the acceptance letter, the presentation type will be regular oral presentation.
• Presenters should rehearse their presentations in advance to make sure they complete the presentation in time.
• A typical presentation has 1-2 minutes for preparation and introduction of the Speaker by the Chairperson, and rest time for presentation including approx. 3 minutes of Q&A / discussion. A Warning will be given when 3 mins left.
• The official language for the conference is English, and all the presentation should be delivered in English

2. Presentation Preparation

• To make sure the presentation slides are readable to the audience, presentation PPTS from all speakers or presenters need to be submitted via the online submission system at least one month in advance for preliminary evaluation;
• Laptop, video projector, and laser pointer with remote control will be provided by the organizing committee;
• All speakers MUST meet in the room at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session and inform the session chair about your presence;
• Signed and stamped oral presentation certificate would be issued by the session chair or assistant after the presentation is delivered.
• Best oral presentations will be awarded with free standard registration for ABS 2020, in this case, a paper ID indicated in the last page or each page of the PPT is recommended.

3. Speaker Standards

Speakers Attire: Speakers are strongly encouraged to dress in business formals during presentations. Speakers should be well knowledgeable and expert in the area of presentation to meet the audience.
Presentation Skills: Presentation would definitely a topic of importance during conference session. Speakers should rehearse well in advance for the successful presentation with time management.
No commercial Advertisement: No commercial advertisements are allowed during the session.

4. Conference Attendance / Cancellation

We strongly encourage speakers to notify the office immediately in the event of absence for presenting a registered session, a best attempt can be made to substitute the session on prior information.
